  Purchased item on May 3. Seller printed shipping label but didn't send out until May 9, after I first contacted the seller due to not recieving any updates. Seller told me they sent it out "3 days ago" meaning May 6, but the item tracking shows otherwise. Regardless, I recieved the item May 12, however the package was covered in black female hair stuck to the tape, way more than just an accident (I'm talking clumps). Only 1 photo included because the other (and worse) photos show addresses.
