Does what it says it does.
This is just ideal for my needs. Takes two minutes to top up my rifle and pistol. Even though it does have the noise, the speed it tops up the guns is irrelevant for anyone to even notice. Good buy would recommend to pcp users, saves paying the gun shop every time you need it filling.
