Unit performs well, but is sluggish on channel changes. The recording feature would be a great advantage if it worked.
The unit performs fairly well, but is sluggish on channel changes. The recording feature would be very convenient if it worked, but when I hit the keys as instructed in the manual, the dialogue box I get is not the one pictured in the manual, and there is no navigation that works in the dialogue box I keep getting. That feature is totally useless in the unit I have.

I enjoyed the high level of quality dialogue, with superb deadpan delivery by the actors. The program was one of the best on TV; I don't know why the Neilson ratings weren't higher for this carefully crafted series of dry wit.

The picture became pleasant after a great deal of adjustments.
Initially, the picture display was horrible, but using the picture adjustments, I was finally able to control the dark picture and color imbalance to get a generally pleasant display (I had an awful time getting a decent red at the same setting to get decent skin tones). I have never had to use the extreme settings to get the picture adjusted before. The factory preset settings were wretched! It is performing well now, after fine-tuning the picture for several hours.
