We all suffer from stress and different emotions, so a good book can help

My son has a stressful position as a pastoral carer looking after school children (safeguarding) who at times face abuse and neglect and often need to go into foster care. My son is passionate about his job and at times does receive counselling. So when I came across this book I thought it would help him. He looked through it and said he would read it along side his counselling as at times my son witnesses things which are upsetting however, he is not allowed to confide in his family because of the nature of his job and the confidentiality. However, I do believe this book will help.
