HC-910 Does exactly what it should
HC-910 is an air curing thermally conductive silicone rubber. Non evolving (like rtv). Tubes are well filled, something to bear in mind when using the piercing cap! A little goes a long way and the cure is fairly rapid. I did some heatsinks for stepper motor drivers just a small dab on each and by the fifth unit the 'gunk' was already thickening up. Looks just the job at a very good price indeed and I plan to heatsink my raspberry PI boards with this in place of the usual double sided tape on those heatsinks.
