If it is what you need
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased this to keep the battery in the caravan topped up when in storage.
I chose it over a fixed panel as we might not own our current van for very much longer and I can put it inside the van when the van is parked (not as efficient as the windows are sun-dimmed type) but I can prop it up outside when we are on a pitch without mains, like a rally field.
It is relatively heavy, it does take up a fair bit of space when stored, but that was my choice.
With a new van I would have opted for a fixed roof mounted panel.

Maybe, maybe not
This is just moulded plastic so it does mould spoons but they can be difficult to remove without breaking the handle. Ok if you only want to make a few spoons but I would buy silicone mould if I needed to make for a larger party.

This excellent book will help any serious gardener.
This excellent book is available in different editions, but plant pests and disease do not change that often, so why not save money with an older edition! I recommend this book for anyone who is serious about gardening, particularly vegetable & allotment gardeners. Hopefully it stays on the shelf, but when needed it has the answers. Obviously treatments change, I have found Derris impossible to get locally for example, but there are replacements available. I have not seen a better book on this subject.
