Seems great and not too difficult to get used to
I have put a triple chainset on the front and the sti shifters didn't change a triple derailleur. This feels very positive and easy to use. It's not cheap but it is cheaper than the alternatives, and feels really solid and well built. I thought I'd have trouble keeping trying to use the sti shifters but it is not difficult to adapt to even though my other bike has the double on the front. This has enabled me to have a triple for touring yet keep my hydraulic brakes, as these aren't available in triple format from shimano.
