I wouldn’t recommend this “one size fits all” style for a person with larger hands.
Overall it’s a good design for a personalized fit.
However I believe it is incorrectly marketed as a design that can accept all hand sizes. In our case, my husband added to his wrist pain by struggling to put the brace on in the full open position. On the plus side, the ability to customize the tension once the brace is on is an excellent concept for stabilized support of the wrist and hand.
IMO this should be offered in an xl or wide hand size instead of one size fits all.

Best features: the cables run inside the metal housing. There is nothing to snag or chafe when loading in and dragging out of vehicles. AND the extra width of the HD size is easy to manage in narrower doorways or passageways; just pull lightly on the seat strap and the footprint of the base narrows to suit. Let go of strap and base returns to normal position.
My husband is 6’2” and weighs 250 lbs. He is very happy with the fit and functionality of this HD walker...judging from the construction I would imagine it would also serve well for an even taller, or heavier individual.
It’s a few lbs heavier (solid construction and shock system) than his previous walker, but still light enough that I can get it in and out of the back of SUV which is high compared to a sedan.
It’s walking weather and this Drive HD Nitro has really helped encourage him to get out and walk each and every day.
