A very good book!
This book gave me all the information I needed, in a clear and concise manner, to get up and running quickly with Mac OS 10.5 Leopard. Maria Langer writes in a way that is to the point and not at all cumbersome or boring. This book gave me the insight I needed to gain control of the OS and make it a tool in my hands. The Blues Fake Book Is A Winner!
1 of 1 found this helpful This is, without question, the most comprehensive compilation of songs in the blues genre I have ever come across. There is an alphabetical index and also an artist index to quickly find songs performed by a particular artist. I counted them, there are more than 150 artists represented--that's comprehensive!
The charts are very clearly and cleanly engraved. Additionally, the chord symbols are large and bold and most-importantly, they make musical sense. Also, the fake book has a comb binding so it lays flat on a table, or on a piano music stand, or on the floor if that's what you prefer! I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase of The Blues Fake Book.
Simply put, JUST BUY IT! You'll be thankful you did! If you like the blues, this will be an invaluable addition to your musical library.
