super convenient and durable
I looked for something like this after spending many minutes constantly tying and untying shoelaces when taking the dog out. These have a reliable and strong velcro bond, to secure the shoe to your feet in seconds.
It's a man made material rather than leather, so is a little tight in places at first, but can be softened before wear with just a little gentle stretching if needed.
The sole has good grip, as you'd expect from this kind of boot. I would thoroughly recommend them as quick to wear outside footwear.

a very high end series, no introduction necessary, following the history of the Crawley family's privileged but increasingly anachronistic lifestyle as they progress through the first half of the 20th century.

Neil Diamond - A Cherry Cherry Christmas - wonderful!
It's a little unusual for Neil Diamond to bring out a Christmas album, seeing as he is indeed Jewish, but in this wonderful CD he focuses on the feelings of the season as much as the religious aspect to it. There are original songs as well as the usual Christmas standards, and these are very catchy.
The arrangements are varied and production great. We played this almost constantly over the Christmas holiday. Fans of Neil Diamond will love it.
As a nice little acknowledgment of his own background, Neil has made the final song of the album 'The Hannukah Song', a comic song (co written by Adam Sandler) about all the famous and important people who are Jewish. It's a nice light end to the album and is certain to bring a smile.
We really like this album, and wish it had been around a few years ago. It's part of our permanent Christmas collection now!
