Worth the expense
Well with the effort in cleaning and reproofing if you want your outdoors garments to stay on top of the job of keeping you dry. I have used Nikwax for many years now. Remember that once reproofed in washing machine or hand washing, the garment requires heat to make sure the treatment anneals to the garment so tumble dry of hot sunny day
