Open-Box Excellent: Sony - USB Stereo Turntable - Black

Great Turntable but still not working

When the product arrived I was at the hospital and could not do much with it. Once back home, I opened the box, followed the instructions to install the belt, etc... but there is no sound coming out of the unit thru my Receiver at all. I followed all instructions, cleaned the needle and still not music coming out. Very frustrated. Trying to contact Sony now.
