    Refunded‼️received my coffee pot and upon inspection i found a chip and stains for a coffee pot which was advertised as New Requested and discussed with the seller tried to accuse me for whether its their lid or mine i tried to proof their listing photos to proof their dishonestly described listing and show my honesty It would be better to say either possible apology for missing and cheating people in-short 👎instead of proofing their self honest and blaming buyers for their own advert

    This is unfair, you had this for a few days before reporting damage. I do wrap carefully but damage can happen, I offered you a full refund. You wanted to keep the item, demanding 'compensation', I asked for photos, you became very abusive & aggressive and then said it was used and stained. This was absolutely not the case, if an item shows any sign of use I say so. I offered some money and got an abusive response. Finally we agreed on a figure. Worst experience on ebay in over 10 years.
