  Seller sent item promptly, courier failed to deliver I contacted the seller for the refund as it has been 1.5 months and I haven’t received the purchase. Seller refused the to issue refund or provide any resolution. I contacted eBay support and because it’s been so long since the order was placed I was no longer protected by eBay policy. This resulted in money paid for the books that never arrived.

  The goods were sent by Royal Mail to the address given by the buyer. I have a proof of the posting. The feedback from Royal Mail is that they attempted to deliver the goods but they were refused at the address I had been given, that cannot be my fault. It was said the goods could possibly be returned to me but they never have been. It has to be very unreasonable for me to refund for a problem created by the buyer and not by me.
