Your Short Game Solution: Mastering the Finesse Game from 120 Yards and In, Denu

This is going to bring my golf scores down.

I just got received the book, and I'm already half way through it on the initial first, quick read. I can tell my short game and my scores are going to improve. This book is well written, easy to understand, and full of great illustrations of the concepts, ideas and techniques Jim Sieckmann has to offer all golfers. The short game has probably been the biggest obstacle to my golf game. That will change. He is telling the truth when he states "this will be unlike everything you were previously taught about wedges and the short game. The methods and ideas are easy to follow and the concepts easy to grasp. This isn't esoteric nonsense; it's common sense instruction in easy to understand, plain language. I love to practice so, I won't have any problem working on the methods the author is teaching. Kudos to the author for his instruction.

The Navigator Putting Aid by Dirty Larry Golf (Green)

The things I most appreciate about the Navigator are: 1. It helps me recognize when the face of my putter is aligned to the path I wish to start my putt on. And I am starting the ball rolling on that line. 2. It confirms that my stroke is straight back and straight through, and that I am not closing the face of the putter during my stroke. As suggested, I start every practice session with 3 footers. I've missed only once in all the times I've practice them. It also helping mw with speed. It's winter here, and I have to putt indoor on an artificial green. this green is very fast, and has undulations you will find on a real green. The Navigator is helping me find the line, which gives me confidence to putt at speeds I normally wouldn't because I lacked confidence in my read. I'm sold! This training device is a keeper.
