CD Review

HAWKS - So good to see this excellent film again.
This is a really good little film with some excellent acting, believable characters and a bittersweet story. I first saw it about 15 years ago and it is one of those films that you always mean to watch again. Well worth the wait in my case and I thoroughly enjoyed it. How we face adversity in differnt ways and how important a sense of humour is - no matter how grim the prospects are! It has it all I think and if you liked "Whose Life is it Anyway" (Richard Dreyfusss), "The Dream Team" (Christopher LLoyd etc)and "The Blues Brothers" you'll love this. Enjoy.

Good buy
love Paul O'Grady and Lily Savage. Big fan of both. Started to read this almost as soon as I got the wrapping off! He reminds me so much of me, his childhood etc and his down to earth nature. Brilliant read so far and can't wait to then get "The Devil Rides Out". I love his radio show on a Sunday afternoon and have really loved the Friday night shows too. Easy to read book with a lot of his ascerbic wit. Highly recommended. Sue
