1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased the phone for my husband because he wanted a very basic phone and that's what he got. Volume is very loud, but some calls he sounds a bit broken up to me. Don't know if its the phone or his location. He wasn't sure he would get used the phone being so small, but he said its fine. We've had the phone a few weeks and it seems to shut itself off.
