Scratchy

The pen part is very hard, so for eyelids with skin over 35 years old, it dragged it no end and was uncomfortable to use.
Colour is very pigmented when I searched on my hand, but because of how hard the nib is, I couldn’t get a good application on my eye.
I would say that the packaging is lovely, product is very waterproof and pigmented (took ages to get off my hand) but for me, too stiff to successfully apply, which is a shame. I wouldn’t buy again or recommend. Sorry!
