Replied after bad review left not following email sent !

The figures are a joke They fall apart on opening the packets Moana as arms didn't even make it out the packet, The mowi has lost half his tattoos apparently laser removal must be popular? None of the figures eyes are painted straight! They actually look scary for a kids toy! There is no basket with the mother as shown in the picture I emailed and got no reply so left feedback the day after and then lots of replys after bad feedback left asking me to take it off, no I won't this is my money I work hard for and spent here and the product is not fit for sale, upset kids mean an even more upset mother. They noticed the tattoos instantly as they are a huge part of his character! You can't just un tattoo him?!?!? Time difference or not this is a bad product and no refund or pleading for me to delete my honest feedback will change that , Lee my money and repaint future gifts for kids as to not upset any more in future?
