Great, easy to follow low carb recipes

This is a great book for those starting on a low carb/no sugar lifestyle for improving their health. It isn't only for those with diabetes or pre-diabetes. The recipes for Magic muffins and flaxseed bread rolls are my favourites. There aren't too many complicated processes or ingredients. You can also be creative & adapt the recipes. The photos are also lovely. I highly recommend this cook book.
