Quality and brand is good and works very well
Good product. I use this brand often. Around 2 teaspoons to feel the difference. I also prefer this KALA make and not the other with a different logo. Flakes are better than powder and capsules as the process is different. I also use it topically. Is it VFM? well no not really. I think it could be cheaper. Keeps my skin healthy and does what it says on the tin.

A product which is of good quality
I add this to my creams. Works better that way or with oils since the thickness is concentrated. A little goes a long way for sun protection.
