  I received poor customer service. I ordered brass curtain hooks & received chrome instead. This seller makes a habit of sending the wrong colours, when not in stock, with no prior warning. The seller offered a partial refund if I kept the hooks, but I said I’d return for a full refund as of no use to me. I had to then order brass hooks from elsewhere. Once he received the hooks back, he only paid a partial refund, saying the metal hooks were damaged. I had to open a case to get a full refund.
