Redefining Realness by Janet Mock

Read this book.

Vividly, beautifully written, with characters large enough to jump off the page, this book is an amazingly tender story of Janet's life. The colourful descriptions of her childhood and early life are both funny and heartbreaking. Through it all, her resourcefulness and quiet determination to be happy shine through. At the risk of sounding insincere or gushing, this book makes the reader yearn to meet Janet, to know this beautiful, tough, smart woman and call her a friend. If you only read one book all Summer, make it this one.

Pokey, flimsy and waste of money

I purchased this product to house 4 small quail. It arrived with a big crack in the thin wooden inner roof but as I needed it urgently, I went ahead and built it anyway. The wood was thin and very lightweight, hinges were cheap and flimsy and have fallen out within days. In order to make it more rigid I screwed the run permanently to the hutch, as otherwise it easily came loose and the catches were very weak and easy to dislodge, leaving the run ajar. I am now in a position where I need an alternative AND am out of pocket over £100. Very disappointed indeed.
