An anxious brain
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this for a very good friend of mind, she is an anxious person on a daily basis. She has tried all methods which worked for awhile, then they stopped working, until she tried this book.... fantastic she said, works for her! Highly recommend It.

Kayak
No problems with blowing it up, simple quick and easy to use pump, with no issues at all, all round a good quality kayak for the money with two oars included. What's not to like... Can't wait to try it out.
