Great cleanser
I've used this product for over 15 years and always go back to it. It was to my knowledge the first hot cloth cleanser on the market. I really rate Liz Earle as a beautician anyway and even though this cleanser has always received a lot of good reviews, I also think it's fabulous.

hope and help for your nerves - Claire Weekes
2 of 2 found this helpful Nobody was more anxious or agitated and worn out with anxiety as I was. I'd sufferd on and off for years and particularly in the last 2 years, whereby this illness was threatening every part of my life. Then I found Claire Weekes. I have to say that no other book, councellor has helped liked Claire's. I keep her books as a bible now. Claire talks to you like a reassuring mother taking you through your worst moments and above all giving you the hope that you can recover. Whats more you feel convinced she is right and that is a large part of your battle - knowing there is a time when you will be ok.
Please please get a copy of you are unwell - you will never regret it.
