Realised I had made a mistake
The item looked okay in the photos and I thought they would do the job I wanted them for. On opening I realised I had probably made a mistake. They are somewhat flimsy and whilst putting them in managed to crack 2-3. After finishing off the job, I really wasn't impressed with the item, to me they just looked 'cheap and nasty', but then maybe I am too fussy. Sadly after a week they have been removed and replaced with stone rope edging, which cost me a little bit more than to buy than these, but look a whole lot better. I personally wouldn't recommend them.

Lightweight and a beautiful design.
Chose these because of the design - different from the usual choice of baubles. They look lovely on my tree which is shades of blue with white and silver. Nicely made and a good quality - I was very pleasantly surprised. They are a nice weight as they don't weigh the tree branches down. I am looking to purchase some more, maybe even some in silver design as well.

A useful book.
Bought this book for a child I know who had recently lost her grandfather, as it was recommend as a way of helping a young child to understand about someone dying. It is a well written book and tells the story of 'Badger' who is old and nearing the end of his life - it tells of how his friends miss him when he dies, but also of all the lovely things they remember about him. It is a lovely story and deals with death in a simple way that a child can understand - it does not necessarily need to be used when a child has already lost someone, but would be a good way of approaching the subject before a child has had that experience.
