    This item was marked as NEW. The new description is Brand new and in original packaging. Clearly, by the attached pictures this item was not new in original packaging. It was packaged with care but the item arrived with multiple chips in noticeable spots. I contacted the seller and the solution was that I pay to have the item returned and she will refund me what I originally paid. I should not have to incur the additional expense of returning an item that was not truthfully listed.

    This buyer was giving a refund and I told her to keep the item. She was very rude to me about this problem and I offered to refund her money, all she had to do was ship it back. the cookie jar was new and didn't have a scratches to my knowledge. I don't appreciate this at all and i hope you're happy! You got your full refund and my item. You should learn to talk better to people before you act like you did. Merry Christmas
