PERFECT COMPANION TO YOUR HEALTHY EATING LIFESTYLE

I cannot recommend this book highly enough. Lots of fabulous recipes that are easy to follow and enjoyable, whether you are on a diet or not! All recipes use easy to obtain ingredients. The book has beautiful pictures and the layout is attractive. The only drawback is that the writers have been unable to add syn values for each recipe which is down to Slimming World restrictions and not them. I do wish that SW would allow them to include this information.

Great product

Have just used this for the first time and my chicken nuggets have come out crispy and evenly cooked. Fat sitting in the troughs rather than in my tummy so feel like my food is far more healthier. Only drawback is that the sheet is hard to dry. Instructions say to shake dry but I don't want water droplets all over my walls. Also, it would have been nice to have had an instruction sheet enclosed to refer to rather than having to look it up online. Overall great item which I would thoroughly recommend.

Didn't live up to expectations

Unfortunately it didn't live up to expecations. Potatoes are still sprouting. A nice little storage bag though!
