Too good to be true, price wise
24 of 25 found this helpful Before you use this product the first thing you are told to do in the instructions if you register your number otherwise you will not be able to get your results so before I did anything I went online to register my number. I kept getting an error so I called ancestry DNA to find out why it would not accept my registry ,I gave her the number to my product And I was told that this product could not be used,someone else had purchased it and then got a refund for their purchase and turned around and re-sold it to me .I was given a refund by eBay. If it’s too good to be true it’s too good to be true, price-wise.
