Dancer's Body (DVD, 2004)
i honestly prefured the 30 min toning and stretching dvd more than the 2nd one( the actual dancing workout) if you are starting a fitness plan and want to ease into something,this dvd is probably the one for you.Not too much sweating involved.....
Carmen Electra - Fit To Strip (DVD, 2005)
this is my other favourite fitness dvd,works up a real sweat and you can do it in the comfort of your own home-works the entire body!!!!! brilliant,it is also quite a long workout but if you dont have the time,that will not matter because you can work it into sections.
Kate's Cardio Combat (DVD, 2002)
one of my top two favourite workouts, only thing i suggest is STRETCH before you start this dvd...works every part of your body and is a vigerous 50 min workout-not for the lazy!!! give yourself 1 month,three times a week and you will see the difference...
