PATRICIA Wilson as ever, offers a meze of fictional intrigue and historical reflection which provides a compelling page turner for her faithful readers. Wonderful Summer read, for me it topped her previous enthralling tales from the Aegean. If you like Greek don’t myth this one!

My favourite method is to put an inch of milk into the cup and pop it into the microwave for 30 secs while the machine is heating up. Use a mug which will fit under the pourer. Add the fresh hot coffee and you get a great crema foamy topping like a cappucino, you then can add a splash of cold milk if you so desire. Easy to pop a fresh pod for the next cup virtually no cleaning. Pods may seem a bit expensive but I prefer 1 decent cup to something with no taste. And remember you only heat the water you use so thats economic and environmentally friendly too!
