i suspect it is NOT 90% cotton. It feels different but cant test the percentage of cotton (if any) at home.

The good: very good screen, very good battery life (even though refurbished)
excellent apps.
The not so good is that it is slower than current quad core android devices.
Overall it was a very good buy for the price.
