item described "opened-never used,with all accessories and warranty"..soft case, eye piece cover hardcase keys and warranty missing, scope body marked in places ,tripod legs and handle discoloured, hardcase rivets rusty. Contacted seller, asked for refund and return label.. seller quickly replied offering exchange and return label for item, I declined got a return label, immediate refund with proof of post. I financially out,busfare to P.O. ,packaging, Bag and tape and TIME. DISAPOINTED

Yes, absoluetly correct. I'm so sorry that we sent a faulty unit - it should never have gone out and was simply placed on the wrong shelf in the warehouse - our fault completely. I sent photos of the brand new scope which should have been sent but you were too disapointed to want to accept anything else. My most sincere apologies for the error.
