  I purchased a Frozen DVD that had not been used and had been listed at a great price; in fact, quite a few of the items that were listed were at a really great price, so we bought them.   LOST BY EVRI AGAIN. asked can it come royal mail as Evri dumped prior item @ wrong address 10:40pm in pouring rain. Seller agreed, I won item. Contacted her to see if I owed extra for royal mail as only Evri showed on listing. She said that it was coming by Evri, I reminded her of our conversation. She said she only had a bar code for Evri & didn't have my address. I wasn't given chance to give her it. She then said it was "posted." Absolutely livid, complete waste of time, effort & money.
