I offer free returns which i asked them to do but they left negative feedback saying i was unhelpful. What more can i do. They would have got a full refund from me and problem could have been sorted but they did not give me that opportunity. It looks like this is not the first time they have done this. I have blocked this seller who is bad for ebay in my view.
