Misrepresented item
4 of 4 found this helpful It is not until you assemble and silicone in the product that I realised that it is an inferior and completely different item to the one pictured in the ebay advert.
The fittings on the delivered item are made of cheap plastic. In particular the pivot blocks are flimsy plastic that wil not, over time, support the plate glass door. The support arm is very cheap plastic and totally different from the advertised item. When gently tightening the screws into the shoddy plastic fittings the thread on the fittings strip away. The seal on the door seems to be a thin strip of fury velcro through which water flows onto the bathroom floor.
I contacted the company and they agreed that the picture on ebay did not match the item sent. They said they would replace to product but have ignored me since. They have changed the picture on ebay. The new picture shows the right crappy design but has been doctored so the plastic fittings look like metal.

Batteries came loose. Some were bashed. They looked second-hand
