  NEGATIVE!!This individual received my item in perfect condition, messaged in writing to confirm this. He then broke it with abusive handling and abused the returns process to force me to accept the item back which he broke. Ebay representatives agreed with me after viewing the evidence and buyers own admissions but informed me due to banking regulations I had no choice but to follow the returns process even though it was evident the item was not faulty. Ebay needs to improve seller protection.
