Perfect Prop
I used this in an assembly for Primary School when we were talking about Macbeth and the Witches. The effect of having a steaming, bubbling cauldron was perfect and it could be easily switched on at just the right moment for dramatic effect. It looks wonderful, is lightweight and easy to transport and works brilliantly (and, even though I only had a few days notice of the assembly, it arrived as promised on the morning of the presentation so I had enough time to test it before I used it).
The fact that the water in it is just cold water means that you don't have to worry about children getting too close or touching the water in their curiosity (of course, you wouldn't want them touching the mist maker itself while it's switched on). It looks great and feels pretty sturdy so I imagine it's going to last. I can highly recommend it!

Does exactly what you'd expect
These remote controlled sockets do exactly what you'd expect. When you plug them in, the LED flashes to show they are working then they default to off but a quick press of the button on the remote control and the LED lights up as the socket comes to life! Very handy for hard to reach sockets, especially in these days of computerised devices that need to be switched off and on again on a regular basis to reset them. The range of operation with the remote control is good and what makes these even better is that you don't need line of sight for the remote to work. Definitely recommended!

Dial too small for accurate readings
It's a decent enough little ball pressure gauge with release valve but the two things against it are:
- the dial readings are so small that it's hard to read an exact pressure measurement.
- it comes with a needle but the needle fastener is smaller than the typical size you'd expect for a ball pump/pressure gauge, so replacement needles are not going to be the standard size.
It seems sturdy enough to be carried around in a sports bag without getting damaged but I can't recommend it as there are others available that give a much clearer reading.
