The printer is high quality, low in cost. Easy to set up and operate. The original toners that come with it are low volume. Plan to order spares...

fixed my problem
The replacement parts were shipped very quickly. They were the right parts for the job. I highly recommend replacing the Bendix along with the starter. Bad design from Polaris.
The starter could be replaced in 5 minutes, very easy access. You must take the right side cover off the engine to replace the Bendix. You must also loosen the flywheel about 1/4". To do this you need a puller of medium size and to remove the plastic side cover over the gas tank. Even then it was awkward to break the flywheel loose. Took about an hour and a half with the right tools.
