I'm so glad the seller had put plastic around the the interior which stopped the box being ruined. The actual carton was a soggy mess

A splendid film version of perhaps Shakespeare's most stirring play.
If your impression of Shakespeare is that his plays are dull, highbrow, or unintelligible, watching this film version of Henry V is an excellent way to start reappraising that opinion. Kenneth Branagh presents this drama, which is based on the true venture of the young King Henry V to recover English lands in France in 1415 (the 600th anniversary of these events is therefore in 2015) is presented with a refreshing realism, especially the muddy climax of his ill-fated campaign that was the Battle of Agincourt. Yes, it has semi-poetic dialogue, but Shakespeare was writing a drama, not a documentary – yet the King’s St Crispin's Day speech before the Battle of Agincourt must still be one of the most stirring call to arms in the English language.
It will still not be to everyone’s taste, especially perhaps to those brought-up on the technology-rich productions of modern times. At the end of the day this is still a film presentation of what was originally written as a stage play. As Shakespeare reminds at the start, the audience must allow their ‘imaginary forces’ to be work. Nevertheless, I recently shared selected snippets of this film with an eight-year old who was studying the Battle of Agincourt at school - which was part of the reason I bought this DVD - and once he grasped that this was a true story that did not involve wizards or dragons (which is perhaps an indictment of an age in which fantasy is seemingly more highly regarded than inspirational history) he was totally absorbed.

Ideal for spreading positivity on the wind.
These prayer flags are excellent value. The fabric is a good weight, though as part of their purpose is to spread good wishes on the wind as they degrade - if hung with this virtuous intention in mind - this factor is not of huge significance. They are a good size for an 8' bamboo pole (see photo). They attach by three string ties.
