  Thank you for sending the VCR/DVD player in a shipping box. It arrived without damage and was "new in open box" as described. Had some trouble with the unit not working as needed at first; adjusted cords/equipment, consulted the manual more, waited to see if the issue was resolved. It appears to be fine now, but hence my delayed feedback. None of this reflects on the seller. Thank you for providing a hard-to-find product!
