  I had this item sent to an Argos store [Click & Collect] and didn't receive a notification to pick it up after two weeks. After contacting the seller, he replied promptly to messages and assisted in retrieval of the item via providing proof of delivery - in turn, this resolved the situation before it escalated into a 'not received' dispute. Quality service overall after my initial query when I imagine some would have ignored any request to investigate further. Oh, and item's in good nick too! A+
