  I bought a CD player described by seller as "fully tested." Arrived well packaged. It turned on, but did not recognize or play a CD. I told seller, and sent details and photos as he requested, then heard nothing. EBay had him refund me for the item; he said he'd refund the original shipping when he got it back. I showed w/photos it'd cost $57 to ship it back so we both agreed to toss it. I asked if he'd refund shipping, but have heard nothing. An expensive lesson. Not happy. Buyer beware.
