Really are strong!
Excellent bags, the polythene is much better quality than ones I've had before.

Such a useful fastening!
Just come back for another one of these shackles – they're excellent for securely fastening everything from house keys to drinks bottle clips to my powered wheelchair, which has a steel frame too wide for the jaws of most carabiner-type hooks. The pin never comes unscrewed no matter how much jolting and vibration there is, yet it's really easy to remove.

Does the job very well. The probe is nice and fine, so no big holes, but you can immediately see whether the centre of the cake is done.
