The so called universal rose was too sma...

The so called universal rose was too small for one of my watering cans and too big for the other. After a great deal of struggling and a lot of Araldite I managed to secure them onto both watering cans. My first experience was that the rose tended to leak around the edges resulting in me getting more water from round the edges than through to rose holes. The rubberised hose itself is quite sturdy but the metal insert with all the holes is quite flimsey.
