Printer looks good and works well. The "HP Smart" utility app is no good on Win10 devices but good from mobile device

Printer itself looks good and works well on scan and print, but setting-up was initially a nightmare on Windows 10 devices, particularly via Wi-Fi from my HP Laptop. The "HP Smart" utility initially installs and works well on the Win10 Desktop & HP Laptop, but after exiting the app and then trying to open it next time, nothing happens (seems to be a general problem from forums). If I scan/print direct from various applications on the Win10 devices, then the printer works perfectly. The "HP Smart" app works perfectly ok from my iPhone, so guessing it was only really designed for mobile devices. I have yet to get the HP Laptop to scan, though scanning from a Win10 Desktop or iPhone is fine. Overall happy with the printer itself but not impressed with the "HP Smart" app on Win10 devices.

Kills flies effectively but electronics failed quickly

Zapper killed flies effectively, but electronics in first unit failed after a month and tube-ends were very black. Seller replaced unit quickly, but second unit failed after two days! Exactly same problem ... electronic 'ballast' for the tubes failed, but the high voltage 'zapper' was still working. Seller then refunded without quibble, so I bought and fitted a well known brand electronic 'ballast' for the tubes - unit now working very well. Early tube end-blackening can be due to poor tube quality, but more likely caused by bad electronic 'ballast' design not operating tubes correctly (quick 'ballast' failure tends to confirm this).

Perfect solution having all parts needed to install the cable

Clear description, good price, arrived very quickly. Installed the cable between an exisiting Skydish and two Skyboxes bought on eBay, for use with FreeSat ... cable was easy to install and being supplied with removable F-connectors, cable clips & wall plates made life a doddle. Both Skyboxes worked perfectly when connected to the 30M cable.
