Let down by DPD courier who's delivery time where a work if fiction, supposed to be delivered between 10:20 and 11:20 on the 8th instead of the 19th April, but arrived at 09:26 when I was out. Taken in by a neighbour but no card left informing me. finally received an email at 19:08 saying it had been delivered at 17:26. This is the second time in they have messed up a delivery, a neighbour taking it in and I have not receiving a notification .

However, I sent an email via Ebay to complain and the seller called me immediately and replaced the whole lot with shiny clean repalcements. I only asked for the damaged ones to be replaced but they insisted on replacing all of them - I can't recommend this seller enough, it is great to have good old fashioned customer service!

One of the dollys was stiff so they sent me a replacement , no questions asked!! It arrived really quickly. Perfect customer service and products and I would definitely recommend this company !!
