  INAD This wasn’t 1/149 seller said it’s number 1 and it’s out of /149. Deceptive, eBay sided with me this was returned, realizing the mistake, seller should have refunded whether they felt responsible or not. Seller Offered to partial refund so I’d still pay over 100 for this card worth maybe $50. Make of it what you will. Multiple purchaeses w seller before this without issues.
