  In the pictures it was fully assembled but it was shipped in a zip lock bag and put in a box with no bubble wrap so it arrived in pieces. The reason I bought this one was because it was complete if I wanted to put it together I would have bought one brand new .

  I disassembled the Lego set as I would typically do for any Lego set I sell used for shipping purposes. I did not write anywhere that it would come fully assembled. Buyer never asked nor specified that they wanted it shipped fully assembled, nor reached out to me before leaving negative feedback.
