    Item never arrived, seller argumentative and tried to get me to close request without resolving, against eBay's policies. When i refused they eventually offered a replacement or refund after making me wait.

We kindly asked for patience or offered a free reshipment, yet you chose a refund — which we issued immediately, without delay or argument. The most unfortunate part is that you later received the item, kept it, and also accepted the full refund, yet still left negative feedback.
